KMSS Welcomes Two New Partners

Jolene Cashin, CPA, CA and Mark Servello, CPA, CGA, KMSS

 

Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP is pleased to announce the admission of Jolene Cashin, CPA, CA and Mark Servello, CPA, CGA into the firm’s partnership.

We are thrilled to have two of our managers, join the partnership effective January 1, 2017. Mark and Jolene have dedicated many years to the firm and its clients, and we are excited to have them contribute to the firm at the partner level.

About Jolene

After graduating from the University of Calgary, Jolene joined us as an articling student in 2003 and went on to earn her CA designation in 2007.

Jolene’s role in the firm involves managing client engagements and providing client advisory and tax services in the accounting and auditing area to a diverse client base. Jolene has significant experience in land and real estate development, construction and oil and gas, working with mid-sized private companies. In addition, Jolene services many not-for-profit organizations.

Providing her expertise to clients and staff is important to Jolene, and she takes great pride in being a resource for others.

About Mark

Mark joined the firm in 1997 as a student in pursuit of his CGA designation, which he attained in 1998. Ever since, Mark has been an integral part of our team. Mark joined the firm’s tax group in 1999 and has grown his expertise over many years.

As part of the tax group, Mark provides in-depth tax advice to the firm’s clients. He works with personal and corporate clients and he is the firm’s commodity tax expert.

Finding ways to create value and minimize tax is Mark’s main motivation. He finds it gratifying when he can help his clients gain a stronger understanding of tax and when he can help them save money.
